Delete your account
In the app
- Open Profile and tap the ⚙︎ Settings button at the top right.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
- Confirm. You are signed out immediately.
The same steps work in the web app at app.flexxit.app.
What gets deleted
Your account and login, profile photo and bio, every flexx you uploaded together with its video files and thumbnails, your comments, ratings, messages, follows, blocks, notifications, viewing history, feedback and settings. Rankings and view counts are recalculated without you.
Everything is removed from our live systems at once and from backups within 30 days. Moderation records relating to reports may be kept for up to 12 months in a form no longer linked to your profile, as described in the Privacy Policy.
If you cannot sign in
Email [email protected] from the address registered to the account and ask for deletion. We will verify it is you and delete the account within 30 days.
